About Me
I am a licensed psychologist in Oregon (#3049). My goal as a therapist is to recognize and support clients as the experts of their own lives, emphasizing the wisdom they currently hold. At the same time, I want to help clients make meaningful improvements in their lives by focusing on specific goals to work on together by developing new ways of thinking about and doing things. This process often requires hard work and can be uncomfortable at times. However, it can also be highly rewarding as it offers the possibility of real freedom from psychological suffering, personal growth and healing, and overcoming obstacles that are getting in the way of living the life one wants to be living.
I enjoy working with individuals struggling with a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, chronic pain, anger, personality disorders, autism, ADHD, and other learning disorders. (Please note: I provide intake assessments solely for the purpose of individual therapy. I do not provide evaluations for other purposes at this time.)
